How do I choose the correct size?+
Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page. Fit may vary slightly by design, so we also recommend reviewing the product-specific fit notes before ordering.
How do Myshie dresses fit?+
Each silhouette is designed differently. Details such as whether a dress is fitted, relaxed, stretchy, or adjustable are included on the individual product page.
When will my order arrive?+
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather.
Do you offer free shipping?+
We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $200. Shipping rates for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?+
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original Myshie hangtag attached. Approved returns are issued as store credit.
Myshie will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of that label will be deducted from your store credit, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?+
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect or defective, Myshie will cover the return shipping cost and assist you with the next steps.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
How should I care for my Myshie piece?+
Please follow the care label attached to your garment. Because many Myshie pieces include delicate fabrics and details, gentle handling is recommended.
